I know it isn’t always easy to seek help when life is difficult, so I appreciate the courage it can take to even consider entering into a therapeutic relationship. I'm aware that this is especially true when it comes to conversations around sexual health, trauma, and/or queer identities. Many of my clients seek me out because they need a safe relationship in which they can openly share their past hurts; questions around identity; sexual struggles; or tentative ideas about their future.
Working with me is a collaborative process in which we both learn about your unique journey toward wholeness and health. We will collaborate to establish goals and set the pace for our work together. We can trust that you, like every other living creature, is on a path of growth - it's our job to work together to move through barriers to that organic process.
My goal is to meet everyone with openness, curiosity, and compassion so that you may experience more and more freedom and health.
